Before the feature presentation, a short in which our heroine, Donna Brazile,
gets the drop on villanous Terry Jeffrey in "Shout Out at the CNN Corral."
Monday Wolf Blitzer followed up his interview with unrepentant James "Yeah, I said it" Carville with remarks between Democratic commentator Donna Brazile and Humanevents.com editor Terry Jeffrey. Mr. Jeffrey. who apparently had a side bet with friends on how many times he could work the name Jeremiah Wright into one sentence, posited that Democrats have two choices: nominate Senator Clinton and thereby vindicate every decision ever made by both Hil and Bill or nominate Senator Obama because he might then become the first African American President.
To which Ms. Brazile replied: Most super delegates "will say we put the best person in office because that's what this election is about: electing the best President of the United States; it's not a question of vindication or putting a black (one only wishes the reader could hear Ms. Brazile's tone and see the expression in her eyes when she said black) person in office."
Then her lasso fell perfectly around him and she yanked him off his horse.
And now for our feature presentation.
